The story of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt was established in 2010 out of a need to develop Turku Science Park. The attractiveness of the premises in the area had declined, and rents were stagnant. Ownership of the premises was divided among several parties, who competed for the same customers and were unwilling to invest in property development.
