Turku Science Park offers a diverse and continuously developing range of services that support the smooth everyday life of those working, studying and visiting the area. Excellent transport connections and well‑functioning routes ensure that the Science Park is easy to access from different parts of the city.
The area features a comprehensive selection of restaurants and cafés, meeting and event venues, as well as wellbeing services that support daily life. Everyday mobility is facilitated by car and bicycle parking facilities and electric vehicle charging points. In addition, several restaurants, cafés and a gym are located in the area, contributing to a comfortable and functional working and studying environment.
Car parking
Technology Properties offers approximately 3,000 parking spaces in Turku Science Park, around 500 of which are designated for visitor parking. Contract parking spaces are available in the underground parking facilities of BioCity, DataCity, EduCity, ICT‑City and As Oy Kupittaanpuisto, as well as in ParkCity and the parking garage located on Lemminkäisenkatu. Additional contract parking is available at Tahkonaukio, the Itäharju field, the parking garage behind TriviumCity, and the underground garages beneath Pihlajalinna Hospital and CivilCity.
Visitor parking spaces are available in the BioCity parking garage, ParkCity, the gravel lots at EduCity and Tahkonaukio, and the TriviumCity courtyard. Parking services at Technology Properties’ premises are managed by Aimo Park.
Electric vehicle charging
Electric vehicle charging points are available in the parking garages of BioCity, DataCity, EduCity, ICT‑City and TriviumCity, as well as in ParkCity. The charging points in BioCity and ParkCity are available to all visitors in the area, while charging points in the other parking garages are reserved for contract parking users.
Bicycle parking
Turku Science Park is easy to access by bicycle, as the area offers plenty of bicycle parking spaces with frame‑lock stands. Such bicycle parking facilities are available, for example, between ElectroCity and BioCity, as well as between EduCity and ICT‑City. Technology Properties also offers lockable bicycle parking spaces for its customers on a monthly rental basis at the bicycle parks in EduCity, ICT‑City and ParkCity. In addition to monthly contracts, the ParkCity bicycle park can also be accessed via the Spacent app, which can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play. Cafés and restaurants
Dining in Turku Science Park is easy, thanks to a wide and diverse selection of restaurants and cafés serving office workers, students and visitors alike. The offering ranges from home‑style meals and salad and bowl options to higher‑quality dishes, and many cafés also provide comfortable settings for working and meetings.
Student restaurants further complement the area’s services by offering affordable, daily changing meals tailored to students’ needs. The variety of dining options makes lunch breaks a smooth and integral part of both working and studying days.
Gyms
In Turku Science Park, you’ll find M&M Kuntotalo and Elixia Trivium located side by side, offering a wide range of services for gym training, group classes and overall wellbeing. Both centres cater to everyday exercisers as well as more goal‑oriented fitness enthusiasts, and their location right in the heart of the Science Park makes it easy to fit exercise into daily routines.
A versatile selection of equipment, extensive class schedules and flexible opening hours ensure that everyone can find a way of exercising that suits them.

Visibility
Would you like to advertise your company in Turku Science Park? On average, around 11,500 people move through Technology Properties’ buildings every weekday. Audiences can be reached through digital displays located across the area, including the largest one – a 15‑square‑metre LED screen in the heart of the Science Park at Jussinaukio.
In addition, most Technology Properties buildings feature 82‑inch screens in their lobbies, allowing messages to be targeted to specific audiences depending on the building, such as students. Display visibility is available both to Technology Properties’ own customers and to other companies.
Hotel
Located in Turku Science Park, Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa offers a modern and comfortable accommodation option right next to Kupittaa railway station and the area’s services. Getting to Technology Properties in Turku Science Park is easy thanks to excellent transport connections. Kupittaa railway station is just a few minutes’ walk from the meeting venues, and the journey from Turku Airport to Turku Science Park takes less than half an hour. The Helsinki motorway runs only 300 metres from the properties.
