Turku Science Park hosts a diverse and evolving service complex that supports the smooth daily life of those working, studying, and visiting the area. Excellent traffic connections and functional transport links ensure that the Science Park is easily accessible from all parts of the city.
The area provides comprehensive restaurant and cafe services, meeting and event facilities, and wellness services to support daily life. Daily mobility is facilitated by car and bicycle parking as well as electric vehicle charging options. Additionally, there are several restaurants, cafes, and a gym that support a comfortable and functional work and study environment.
Car parking
Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt has approximately 3,000 parking spaces in Turku Science Park, of which about 500 are for visitors. Contract parking spaces are located in the basements of BioCity, DataCity, EduCity, ICT-City, and As Oy Kupittaanpuisto, in ParkCity, and in the parking garage on Lemminkäisenkatu. Additional contract spaces are located at Tahkonaukio, the Itäharju field, the parking garage behind TriviumCity, and in the basements under the Pihlajalinna hospital and CivilCity.
Visitor parking spaces can be found in the BioCity parking garage, ParkCity, the EduCity gravel field, the Tahkoaukio gravel fields, and the TriviumCity courtyard. Parking in Teknologiakiinteistöt properties is managed by Aimo Park.
Electric vehicle charging
Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the parking garages of BioCity, DataCity, EduCity, ICT-City, and TriviumCity, as well as in ParkCity. The charging stations in BioCity and ParkCity are open to everyone visiting the area, while the charging points in other parking garages are for the exclusive use of contract parkers.
Bicycle parking
It is easy to arrive at the Science Park by bicycle, as there are plenty of frame-locking bicycle parking spaces in the area. Frame-locking bicycle parking spaces can be found, for example, in the area between ElectroCity and BioCity, as well as in the area between EduCity and ICT-City. For Teknologiakiinteistöt customers, there are also lockable monthly rental bicycle parking spaces available in the EduCity, ICT-City, and ParkCity bike parks. In addition to a monthly contract, the ParkCity bike park can also be used via the Spacent app, which can be downloaded to your phone from the Apple Store or Google Play. Cafes and restaurants
Dining in the Turku Science Park area is effortless, as there is a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes serving lunch guests, students, and those visiting the area. In the Turku Science Park area, you will find M&M Kuntotalo and Elixia Trivium located side-by-side, offering versatile services for gym training, group exercise, and holistic wellness. Both centers cater to both casual and goal-oriented exercisers, and their location in the heart of the Science Park makes exercising an easy part of your daily routine. A wide selection of equipment, extensive class schedules, and flexible opening hours ensure that everyone can find a suitable way to stay active.

Visibility
Would you like to advertise your company in Turku Science Park? On average, 11,500 people pass through the buildings owned by Teknologiakiinteistöt every weekday. It is possible to reach people using the screens located in the area, the largest of which is a 15-square-meter LED screen in the heart of the Science Park at Jussinaukio. In addition to this, almost all Teknologiakiinteistöt building lobbies feature 82-inch screens, which can be used to target messages to specific groups of people, such as students, depending on the property. Visibility on these screens is sold to both Teknologiakiinteistöt's own clients and other companies.
Hotel
Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa, located in the Turku Science Park area, offers a modern and comfortable accommodation option right next to Kupittaa railway station and the area's services. Arriving at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is easy, as the area's traffic connections are excellent. Kupittaa railway station is a couple of minutes' walk from the meeting facilities, and the journey from Turku Airport to Turku Science Park takes less than half an hour. The Helsinki highway runs only 300 meters from the properties.
