ElectroCity

The ElectroCity property was originally built in 1955 as the textile factory for Kudos Oy Silo. In 1989, the building was renovated and expanded into office premises for high-tech companies. A major renovation of ElectroCity was carried out in 2016, and today it houses a large number of IT and media companies, as well as the Werstas coworking space.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to fractions. However, due to limited space, the cleaners have to combine fractions in the carts, but they are properly sorted at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.

Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's premises. You can submit a defect report or service request using the maintenance request form.

Various office services can be ordered from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt to your own premises, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, internet connection or interior plant maintenance. Usage rights to the shower and locker room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity and InfraCity are available for purchase. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving, consider protecting floor and wall surfaces if necessary and primarily use the building's freight elevator if possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked properly during the move and maintenance routes should be used whenever possible (loading docks/basement areas). Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when items are not being moved between the vehicle and the premises. For more information about moves, contact our lobby service on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 010 315 3015.

Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.

The contract and visitor parking areas of Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.

Coor is responsible for the cleaning of common areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. The maintenance and tidiness of the buildings' outdoor areas are taken care of by Turun Talo Team. For issues and complaints related to cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for buildings' outdoor areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.

Charging stations are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, in the EduCity basement, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging stations can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking area.

Charging stations in the contract parking areas are for the use of customers who have signed a parking agreement with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use during charging, and the vehicle must be moved from the charging station after charging is completed. Parking spaces for charging stations cannot be reserved in advance, and the spaces are intended only for electric and hybrid vehicles during charging. Misuse will result in a penalty fee.

Avarn Security Oy is responsible for safety and order on the Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises and outdoor areas. Their phone number is 010 620 2000 (open 24/7).
