M.Sc. (Econ.) studies, born 1972, board member since Feb 25, 2020, and Vice Chair of the Board since March 2020. She is the CFO and Deputy CEO of Hemsö AB. She has previously worked as CFO at Hemsö and Kunsleden.
Jarkko Leinonen
M.Sc. (Eng.), born 1971, board member since Apr 4, 2019. He is the Country Manager for Hemsö in Finland. Previously, he worked as Director of Real Estate at Aalto University and Real Estate Development Director at Renor.
Aleksi Randell
M.Soc.Sc., born 1975, Chair of the Board since Apr 27, 2018. He is the CEO of Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT. Previously, he served as the Mayor of Turku, Chair of the Turku City Board, and Special Adviser to the Minister of Communications.

EMBA, LL.M., born 1973, board member since Mar 20, 2025. She is a founding partner of COARES Partners Oy and a professional board member. She has over 20 years of experience in management positions in the real estate sector, previously working as, among other roles, Director of Real Estate Business at Taaleri and Country Manager at Hemfosa and PATRIZIA.
