Everyday work runs smoothly when fresh coffee is always available from the coffee machine, mail is delivered directly to the office, and visitors are guided by front desk services.
Front desk services
Technology Properties’ front desk service points are located in BioCity, ICT‑City, Trivium Retoriikka and InfraCity. The front desk services welcome visitors of the companies and organisations operating in Technology Properties’ premises, assist meeting guests, and relay service and maintenance requests. They are also responsible for handling mail, which can be collected from the front desk.
Loose furniture
Would you rather invest your resources in developing your business than purchasing office furniture of your own? As a Technology Properties customer, you can rent not only office space but also furniture that suits your organisation’s style and needs.
Furniture solutions are always tailored to each customer. The planning process is supported by the Technology Properties team, ensuring that the space functions well and serves its users effectively.
Flexible spaces
Does the number of people working in your office vary, or do you need different types of spaces for different ways of working?
Technology Properties offers its customers the opportunity to make use of the services of the Werstas coworking space, for example when the capacity of your own office is not sufficient or when there is a need for group workspaces. Based on your organisation’s individual needs, flexible spaces help reduce fixed office costs, as Werstas services can be used on a monthly or hourly basis. This allows the size of your own office to be dimensioned according to the average number of employees on site.
Coffee machine
Would you like to enjoy specialty coffee straight from your office kitchen? Through Technology Properties, you can easily equip your office with a bean‑to‑cup coffee machine. The service includes everything from installation and maintenance to the delivery and refilling of all required ingredients.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning of office premises is arranged effortlessly at Technology Properties. Our cleaning partner is familiar with Turku Science Park, the properties’ practices and the materials used in office spaces, allowing our customers to focus on their core business instead of cleaning.
Pricing is based on the size of the area to be cleaned, the purpose of the spaces and the materials used. The service content is always agreed on together with the customer and can be complemented as needed with sanitary supplies, entrance mat services or seasonal cleaning such as window washing.
Interior design
Technology Properties’ office spaces are always implemented according to customer needs. To clarify requirements and simplify the design process, we have created ready‑made interior design concepts for our premises. These concepts cover everything from surface materials to furniture, lighting and textiles.
Depending on the interior concept, very different atmospheres can be created – from luxurious to relaxed, and from dynamic to calm. There are three different interior design concepts in total, each offering three distinct colour schemes. Each combination provides users with a unique spatial experience.
In interior design, we also pay special attention to solutions that support wellbeing at work. Natural elements, lighting and sensory‑friendly design are all part of a carefully considered whole that supports concentration and everyday comfort.
Science Park training sessions
Technology Properties organises weekly Science Park training sessions where employees of our customer companies can exercise free of charge under the guidance of professionals from M&M Kuntotalo. The sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at M&M Kuntotalo’s facilities, and the content varies from week to week.
You will receive an invitation to the training sessions by subscribing to our customer newsletter with your work email address. Every month, participants have the chance to win a two‑month training pass to M&M Kuntotalo as well as a product package. The sessions are free of charge and intended for customers of Technology Properties and Werstas. Welcome to join and get moving together!
Internet connection
Technology Properties’ office premises are equipped with fibre‑optic internet connections, with available speeds of either 100/100 Mbit/s or 1,000/1,000 Mbit/s.
Indoor plants and plant maintenance services
Bring nature into your office with indoor plants. Greenery increases workplace comfort and has been proven to enhance employee wellbeing. Through Technology Properties, you can easily add an impressive plant wall or individual indoor plants with planters to your office – along with dedicated plant lighting solutions.
Some of the most striking green interior solutions include living plant walls and moss walls, which can be used to cover even large wall surfaces and are always tailored to complement the overall interior design of the space. Plant maintenance services and their frequency are planned individually based on the specific green design of each office.
