Specialty coffees and teas
Would you enjoy specialty coffees directly from the office kitchen? Through Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, you can get a high-quality bean-to-cup coffee machine with full service, which, if you wish, includes specialty coffees as well as teas and cocoa. Office cleaning is arranged effortlessly in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. Our cleaning partner is familiar with Turku Science Park and the practices of our properties as well as the materials of the office spaces, allowing our customers to focus on their own business instead of cleaning.
Service prices are determined based on the area to be cleaned, the intended use of the premises, and the materials. The content of the service is always agreed upon with the customer, and if necessary, sanitary supplies, mat services, or seasonal cleaning such as window washing can be added to the agreement.

Interior design
Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt office spaces are always implemented according to customer needs. To clarify wishes and facilitate space design, we have created ready-made interior concepts for our office spaces, including everything from surface materials to furniture, lighting, and textiles.
Depending on the interior concept, a very different atmosphere can be created in the space, from luxurious to relaxed and from energetic to peaceful. There are a total of three different interior concepts, each containing three different color palettes, all of which offer the users of the space a distinct experience.
In interior design, we also consider solutions that support well-being in the spaces. Natural elements, lighting, and sensory friendliness are part of the whole that supports concentration and comfort in everyday life.
Science Park workouts
Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt organizes weekly Science Park workouts, where employees of our client companies can exercise for free under the guidance of professionals from M&M Kuntotalo. The workouts are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at M&M Kuntotalo premises, and their content varies weekly.
You will receive an invitation to the workouts by subscribing to our customer newsletter to your work email. Each month, an M&M Kuntotalo two-month training card and a product package are raffled among the participants.
