ParkCity
ParkCity is Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's new 10-storey parking facility, located in the immediate vicinity of Kupittaa railway station. The building was designed by Schauman Arkkitehdit. ParkCity has 990 parking spaces, 20 of which are equipped for electric vehicle charging. There are 100 bicycle spaces in ParkCity. Parking operations in ParkCity are managed by AimoPark. Visitor parking is paid via the Taskuparkki app or by card.

All questions regarding keys and access rights as well as tenant key orders are handled via avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal and their loss must be reported as soon as possible.

Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to waste fractions. Due to limited space, cleaners may have to combine fractions in carts, but they are sorted correctly at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly marked so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted into each container.
Property maintenance and access control at Teknologiakiinteistöt premises are managed by Are Oy. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

You can order various office services for your premises from Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, coffee machines, network connections, or maintenance of green plants. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During the move, ensure that floor and wall surfaces are protected if necessary, and use the building's freight elevator as a priority whenever possible. Moving vehicles must be parked appropriately during the move, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. External doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the moving vehicle and the interior. Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and visitor parking areas in Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. Turun Talo Team takes care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings' outdoor areas. For cleaning-related remarks and complaints, the contact person at Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. +358 40 501 6370. Charging stations are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, the basement floor of EduCity, and the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging stations can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.
Sopimuspysäköinnin latauspisteet ovat niiden asiakkaiden käytössä, jotka ovat solmineet pysäköintisopimuksen Aimo Park Oy:n kanssa. Paikka on käytössä latauksen ajan, ja ajoneuvo on siirrettävä pois latauspisteeltä latauksen valmistuttua. Latauspisteille tarkoitettuja pysäköintiruutuja ei voi varata etukäteen, ja paikat ovat tarkoitettu vain sähkö- ja hybridiautoille latauksen ajaksi. Väärinkäytöksistä seuraa valvontamaksu.
