What surprised Iiris Lehtinen during her work experience at Teknologiakiinteistöt, and what did she find most interesting about the week?
I am eighth-grader Iiris Lehtinen, and I had the opportunity to get to know working life at Teknologiakiinteistöt. I wanted to come to Teknologiakiinteistöt for my work experience because I was interested in seeing what kind of tasks the company has and what working in practice means.
The employees at Teknologiakiinteistöt welcomed me warmly, and there was no lack of humor in our days. Everyone was in a good mood and clearly enjoyed their work. The environment was also very cozy, and the artworks were wonderful.

During the week, I did many different tasks and was surprised by the versatility of the work done at Teknologiakiinteistöt. I got to deliver mail, attend meetings, and saw many office buildings, which was a nice change of pace. In addition, I did an inventory of the books owned by Teknologiakiinteistöt into Excel and interviewed employees. The most interesting part of the work experience was hearing about various construction projects.
