The bicycle parking at ParkCity in Turku Science Park is now in use. The secure bicycle parking facility on Joukahaisenkatu has room for 90 bicycles.
The bicycle parking located at street level in ParkCity has 90 bike spots with frame-locking capability. The location is convenient for those working or studying in the Science Park, as well as for users of Kupittaa railway station, as you can keep your bike in a secure space.
The bicycle parking operates via the Spacent app, which you can download to your phone. You can type "ParkCity" directly into the app's search field to view parking reservation details and select a date for your parking. Upon reservation, you will receive a code to open the door to the bike park. Bicycle parking is available at a daily rate of €5 + VAT. Payment is made by credit card.

Remember the föllärit city bikes too
Turku's city bikes, known as föllärit, are once again visible in the Science Park, as bike stations can be found in front of PharmaCity, on Lenkkipolku, at the end of ICT-City on the ElectroCity side, on Joukahaisenkatu near the main entrance of the UAS, and in front of EuroCity. Bike stations are also available at the Turku University of Applied Sciences' Lemppari building and the Kupittaa ball sports hall. The number of bikes at the stations can change rapidly, so it is worth checking the status in the Föli route guide.
There are 700 city bikes and over 100 bike stations in the city. Station locations can be found in the Föli route guide, the Turku service map, and the Donkey Republic app. The bikes' electronic wheel lock is opened and closed using the Donkey Republic app, where you can also see details related to your rental.
