AkvaCity
AkvaCity is an office and depot building realized by Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt for Turku Water, completed in 2025 in the Itäharju area, which is transforming into Turku Science Park. AkvaCity is the first office building constructed from wood by Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt and in all of Turku, and its main construction material is environmentally friendly CLT panels. AkvaCity was designed by Sarc + Sigge Arkkitehdit, with Jani Vahala as the lead architect. The construction of AkvaCity was handled by Jatke Länsi-Suomi. AkvaCity has been implemented in accordance with the highest Platinum level of the LEED v4 environmental certification, which means that AkvaCity's environmental impacts have been minimized throughout the building's entire lifecycle.

All questions regarding keys and access rights, as well as tenant key orders, are handled at avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal and any loss must be reported as soon as possible.

Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to waste fractions. Due to limited space, cleaners may have to combine fractions in carts, but they are properly sorted at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Property maintenance and access control in Teknologiakiinteistöt premises are managed by Are Oy. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

You can order various office services for your premises from Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, network connection, or plant maintenance. Usage rights are sold for the shower and changing rooms located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving, you should protect floor and wall surfaces if necessary and primarily use the building's freight elevator, if possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately during the move, and maintenance routes should be used whenever possible (loading docks/basement areas). Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when items are not being moved between the moving truck and the indoor spaces. Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Turku Science Park contract and visitor parking areas are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. Turun Talo Team takes care of the maintenance and tidiness of the buildings' outdoor areas. For cleaning-related remarks and complaints, the contact person at Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. +358 40 501 6370. Charging points are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, the EduCity basement, and the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.
Sopimuspysäköinnin latauspisteet ovat niiden asiakkaiden käytössä, jotka ovat solmineet pysäköintisopimuksen Aimo Park Oy:n kanssa. Paikka on käytössä latauksen ajan, ja ajoneuvo on siirrettävä pois latauspisteeltä latauksen valmistuttua. Latauspisteille tarkoitettuja pysäköintiruutuja ei voi varata etukäteen, ja paikat ovat tarkoitettu vain sähkö- ja hybridiautoille latauksen ajaksi. Väärinkäytöksistä seuraa valvontamaksu.
