Arken
Arken is a complex of 13 buildings near the Aura River, used by the Åbo Akademi Faculty of Arts. The buildings contain teaching facilities, offices, a library, and an underground parking garage with 59 spaces. The original buildings of Arken were constructed between 1850 and 1930 and offer an interesting insight into Finnish industrial architecture. The Åbo Akademi Foundation carried out extensive renovations in the block between 2001 and 2004, and new buildings were also constructed on the site. The original buildings in the complex are protected. Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt acquired Arken from the Åbo Akademi Foundation in 2025.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to fractions. However, due to limited space, cleaners have to combine fractions in carts, but they are sorted appropriately at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's premises. You can submit a fault report or service request via the maintenance request form.

The area has plenty of various services, from lunch restaurants to sports facilities, car washes, and parcel lockers. See the location of the services in the Science Park here.
You can order various premises services for your own office, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, network connection, or maintenance of green plants. Access rights are sold for shower and changing rooms located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. You can inquire about services and access rights at: palvelut@teknologiakiinteistot.fi
It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. When moving, please remember to protect floor and wall surfaces if necessary and primarily use the building's freight elevator if possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately, and service routes should be used whenever possible (loading docks/basement areas). Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when items are not being moved between the vehicle and the premises. Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and guest parking areas in the Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for cleaning the common areas of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Turun Talo Team is responsible for the maintenance and tidiness of the buildings' outdoor areas. For comments and complaints regarding cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. +358 40 501 6370. The contact person for outdoor areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. +358 40 754 5197.
Charging stations are located in BioCity's guest parking area (floor -1), DataCity's and BioCity's contract parking areas, EduCity's basement, and the ground floor of TriviumCity's parking garage. More charging stations can be found in ParkCity's guest parking.
Contract parking charging stations are for the use of customers who have signed a parking contract with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use during charging, and the vehicle must be moved from the charging station once charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging stations cannot be reserved in advance, and the spaces are only for electric and hybrid vehicles during charging. Misuse will result in a penalty fee.
