GeneCity

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is constructing a pharmaceutical plant for Biovian Oy, a company specializing in contract development and manufacturing of biological drugs. The project includes a one-story production facility, lobby and office spaces spread across three floors, as well as staff, storage, and utility rooms in the building's basement. The site plan also accounts for Biovian's potential future need to expand, allowing for an approximately 2,400 square meter extension to be built in connection with GeneCity. Rakennustoimisto Lundén is responsible for the construction of GeneCity. The building is being developed to meet the Platinum level of the LEED v4 certification.
