In 2022, Teknologiakiinteistöt transformed an old prefabricated building factory and hardware store hall into an office and production building. The building received a completely new look, highlighted by facade lighting. During the renovation, the building's old low office wing was raised to the same height as the rest of the building, creating loft-style office space behind tall windows that fits the spirit of the building. The architectural design was handled by Haroma & Partners and the project management contractor was Jatke Länsi-Suomi.

All questions regarding keys and access rights, as well as tenant key orders, are handled at avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal, and any loss must be reported as soon as possible.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner, Coor, delivers waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste station according to the fractions. Due to limited space, the cleaners may have to combine fractions in their carts, but they are sorted correctly at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly marked so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each bin.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's premises. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

Various office services can be ordered for your own premises from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, network connection, or maintenance of green decor. Access rights are sold for shower and locker room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. You can inquire about services and access rights at: palvelut@teknologiakiinteistot.fi
It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During the move, please remember to protect floor and wall surfaces if necessary and primarily use the building's freight elevator whenever possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately during the process, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. External doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the vehicle and the interior. Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
The contract and visitor parking areas in Turun Tiedepuisto are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Cleaning of the common areas of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is provided by Coor. Maintenance and tidiness of the building exteriors are managed by Turun Talo Team. For feedback and complaints regarding cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. +358 40 501 6370. Charging stations are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, in the basement of EduCity, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging stations can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking area.
Charging stations for contract parking are available to customers who have signed a parking agreement with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use while charging, and the vehicle must be moved from the charging station after charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging stations cannot be reserved in advance, and the spaces are intended only for electric and hybrid vehicles during charging. Misuse will result in a control fee.
Security and order in the premises and outdoor areas of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt are managed by Avarn Security Oy, whose phone number is +358 10 620 2000 (open 24/7).
