InfraCity

InfraCity is the first office building implemented by Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt in the Itäharju area, which is transforming into Turku Science Park. The complex, consisting of two buildings, was designed by Sigge Arkkitehdit and built according to the requirements of the LEED Platinum environmental certificate. InfraCity A was completed in 2021 for the use of Turku Energia. InfraCity B was completed at the end of 2023, with Rejlers and Nordic Semiconductor moving in. The buildings share a common entrance lobby and parking garage. People working in both buildings are served by the lunch restaurant Energeia, located on the ground floor of part A.

Our cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste station according to the waste fraction. Due to limited space, cleaners may need to combine fractions in their carts, but they are properly sorted at the recycling station. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so the cleaner knows what is intended for each container.

Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. You can submit a fault report or service request via the maintenance request form.

Various office services such as cleaning, coffee machines, internet connections, or maintenance of indoor plants can be ordered for your premises from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Access to showers and changing rooms in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity is available for purchase. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving, consider protecting floor and wall surfaces if necessary and prioritize using the building's freight elevator whenever possible. Moving vehicles must be parked appropriately, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. External doors must be kept closed during the heating season when items are not being moved between the vehicle and the premises. For more information regarding moving, please contact our lobby services on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM at 010 315 3015.

Mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed. Mail left at the InfraCity lobby service by 12:00 PM will be sent out the same day. Outgoing packages can be delivered to the InfraCity lobby service.

The contract and visitor parking areas of the Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.

Coor is responsible for cleaning the common areas of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Turun Talo Team is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the outdoor areas. For comments and complaints regarding cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for outdoor areas is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.

Charging points are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, in the EduCity basement, and in the bottom floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.

Contract parking charging points are for customers who have signed a parking contract with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use while charging, and the vehicle must be moved after charging is complete. Charging spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are intended only for electric and hybrid vehicles during charging. Misuse will result in a penalty fee.

Avarn Security Oy is responsible for safety and order in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises and outdoor areas. Their phone number is 010 620 2000 (open 24/7).
