Through Joki, you can order catering for all events, from meetings and seminars to parties. The selection includes meeting and party catering, and smaller orders can be placed directly in the online store in connection with the room booking. Larger orders are handled via the sales service.

Rajupaja is responsible for Joki's event technology. Rajupaja's services cover event technology, furniture, and entertainment services, and everything needed can be ordered through a single contact. If necessary, Rajupaja also participates in event planning and ensures that agreed-upon solutions are implemented smoothly on-site.

Facilitation

Professional facilitation helps make your event goal-oriented and impactful. Facilitation services for events at Joki are provided by Great Minds, located in Turku Science Park, which has solid experience in planning and executing corporate events. With the help of a facilitator, clear goals are defined for the event, and the content and execution are built to support their achievement.

Photography and videography

Joki offers a versatile setting for photography and video productions. Our network includes several photographers and video production companies, and booking them is effortless through Joki's sales service. If necessary, you can discuss your wishes directly with the photographers.

Coffee bike

The Turku Kahvilla coffee bike offers high-quality specialty coffee for your events. The mobile and compact espresso bar is easy to bring into Joki's spaces, bringing a relaxed café atmosphere to your event.
