Kupittaan Paviljonki
Kupittaan Paviljonki is located in the green Kupittaanpuisto park, right in the immediate vicinity of the Science Park area. The building houses a lunch restaurant, which is also available for rent for private events for up to 140 people.

All questions regarding keys and access rights as well as tenant key orders are handled via avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal and their loss must be reported as soon as possible.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner, Coor, delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to the specific waste fraction. However, due to limited space, cleaners may have to combine fractions in their carts, but they are sorted correctly at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so that the cleaner knows what is to be sorted in each container.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. You can submit a fault report or service request via the maintenance request form.

The area offers a wide variety of services, from lunch restaurants to sports facilities, car washes, and parcel lockers. You can see the locations of services in the Science Park here.
Various office services such as cleaning, coffee machines, internet connections, or plant maintenance can be ordered for your own premises from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Access rights are sold for the shower and changing room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During the move, please ensure floor and wall surfaces are protected if necessary, and use the building's freight elevator as the primary choice whenever possible. Vehicles used for the move must be parked appropriately, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the vehicle and the interior. For more information regarding moves, please contact our lobby service on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 010 315 3015.
Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and guest parking areas in Turun Tiedepuisto are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of common areas in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt buildings. The maintenance and cleanliness of the outdoor areas are handled by Turun Talo Team. For cleaning-related comments and complaints, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for building outdoor areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.
Charging points are located in the BioCity guest parking area (floor -1), the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, in the basement of EduCity, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the ParkCity guest parking.
Contract parking charging points are for the use of customers who have signed a parking agreement with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use while charging, and the vehicle must be moved from the charging point once charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging points cannot be reserved in advance, and the spaces are only for electric and hybrid vehicles for the duration of charging. Misuse will result in a control fee.
Security and order in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises and outdoor areas are managed by Avarn Security Oy, whose telephone number is 010 620 2000 (available 24/7).
