TriviumCity

TriviumCity, located on Lemminkäisenkatu, was completed in 2002 and was designed by the architectural firm Artto Palo Rossi Tikka. TriviumCity houses companies and services such as Are Oy, the fitness center Elixia, and restaurant Mauno. On the top floor of TriviumCity is the impressive Sky representative space, which, in addition to meeting rooms, features a sauna, an outdoor hot tub, and a large roof terrace.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner, Coor, delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to the material types. Due to limited space, the cleaners may have to combine materials in the carts, but they are sorted appropriately at the recycling point. Different materials must be clearly marked so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.

Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's facilities. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

You can order various facility services from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, internet connection, or maintenance of green plants. Access rights to shower and changing room facilities in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity are available for purchase. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During the move, please remember to protect floor and wall surfaces if necessary and prioritize the use of the building's freight elevator whenever possible. Moving vehicles must be parked appropriately during the move, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the moving vehicle and the indoor spaces. Incoming mail is delivered to the office premises unless otherwise agreed.

Contract and visitor parking areas in the Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.

Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. Turun Talo Team takes care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings' outdoor areas. For comments and complaints regarding cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for building outdoor areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.

Charging points are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, in the EduCity basement, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.

Contract parking charging points are for the use of customers who have signed a parking agreement with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use during charging, and the vehicle must be moved from the charging point once charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging points cannot be reserved in advance, and the spaces are intended only for electric and hybrid vehicles during charging. Misuse will result in a penalty fee.
