Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt’s cleaning partner, Coor, delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to waste types. Due to limited space, the cleaners may have to combine different waste types in their carts, but they are sorted appropriately at the recycling point. Different waste fractions should be clearly labeled so the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Property maintenance and access control in the premises of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt are managed by Are Oy. You can make a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

It is always good to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. When moving, please ensure that floor and wall surfaces are protected if necessary, and use the building's freight elevator primarily, if possible. Vehicles used during the move must be parked appropriately throughout the move, and service routes should be used whenever possible (loading docks/basement areas). Keep exterior doors closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the vehicle and the premises. Coor is responsible for cleaning the common areas of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Turun Talo Team is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings' outdoor areas. Charging points are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the contract parking areas of DataCity and BioCity, in the basement floor of EduCity, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the visitor parking area of ParkCity.
Contract parking charging points are available for customers who have signed a parking agreement with Aimo Park Oy. The space is for use during charging, and the vehicle must be moved away from the charging point once charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging points cannot be reserved in advance, and the spaces are intended only for electric and hybrid cars for the duration of charging. Misuse will result in a control fee.
