3. How do we collect your personal data?
We primarily collect personal data directly from you, for example when you use our services or communicate with us by email. We may also collect personal data related to your use of our website or when you submit information via a contact form.
If you do not provide the requested personal data, we may not be able to provide the requested service or take the requested action. In these cases, processing is based on your consent or another lawful basis under data protection legislation.
In certain situations, we may need to collect your personal data from a third party, such as your employer, if your employer is our customer. This may occur where necessary for the legitimate interests of us or a third party.

If you request newsletters, marketing materials or information about our services, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number, company represented and the reason for contact or message. When submitting a request for quotation, we may also collect details relating to requested spaces, services and event information.
If you use the Joki Visitor Centre booking system, we may additionally collect: Membership information (status, number of bookings, booking history, membership start and end dates)
Booking details (user information, event name, event date and time, selected services, furniture, number of attendees and free‑text notes)
You may choose to log in using a third‑party authentication service (e.g. LinkedIn, Google or Twitter). In such cases, we collect the registration or login information you have authorised the service provider to share.
We do not collect special categories of personal data through our website.
Additionally, if you are our customer or use services in properties we manage, we may process personal data necessary for managing the customer relationship and for property use and monitoring.
5. Purposes of processing personal data
Personal data is processed only for the purposes described in this privacy notice unless you have given consent for additional purposes.
