This package is ideal for shorter meetings, workshops and focused planning sessions.

The package includes a venue selected by Joki’s service team, as well as morning coffee and lunch.

Organising an event at Joki is easy, as you get access to comprehensive services in addition to the venues – from catering and event technology to video production and performers. During the event, Joki’s meeting coordinator is also on site to take care of practical arrangements and ensure everything runs as planned, allowing you to focus fully on the event itself.

What is Joki?

Joki is an event house located in Turku Science Park, where you can easily host meetings, seminars and corporate events. Joki’s versatile venues are suitable for both small groups and large audiences, and all the services needed for a successful event are available under one roof.

Joki is conveniently located next to Kupittaa railway station and close to the Helsinki motorway, just a couple of kilometres from Turku Market Square. The venue is easy to reach by bus, bike or on foot, and several parking facilities are available nearby for those arriving by car.
