3. How do we collect your personal data?
We primarily collect your personal data from you directly (e.g., when you use our services or communicate with us via email). We may also collect personal data regarding your use of our website or process personal data that you provide in connection with our contact form. If you do not provide the requested personal data, we may be unable to provide the service or action you requested. In the aforementioned cases, the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or another legal basis for processing in accordance with data protection legislation.
In some cases, it may be necessary for us to collect your personal data from a third party. For example, we may collect your personal data from your employer if your employer is our client. Collecting data from a third party comes into question, for example, if it is necessary for the realization of our legitimate interests or those of a third party, such as your employer.
In some cases, the processing of your personal data may be necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligation.
4. What personal data do we process?
As a rule, we only collect personal data that visitors to our website provide voluntarily and which is necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected. Some information is necessary to enable the use of our website and its features (this includes cookies, the use of which is a prerequisite for us to provide the services you have requested).
The personal data we collect includes:

We may ask for various contact details if you wish to receive our newsletters or marketing materials, or if you are interested in the services we provide. In such cases, the personal data we collect may include name, address, email address, telephone number, the company you represent, and the reason for your contact/message. In connection with a request for quotation, we may also request information regarding the premises or services you desire, and other information related to the event.
If you use the Vierailukeskus Joki room booking system, in addition to the information mentioned above, we may request the following information: the logged-in user’s memberships in Vierailukeskus Joki (status, number of bookings, made bookings, membership start and end dates), the logged-in user’s room booking details (room-specific, but generally: user details, event name, event time, additional selections (services), furniture, number of guests, free-text message) and the logged-in user’s room booking history.
You may choose to log in to our website using a third-party login service that verifies your identity and connects your social media login information (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, or Twitter) to us. In this case, we collect the information and content required for registration or login, which you have permitted the social media service provider to share.
We do not collect information belonging to special categories of personal data on our website.
In addition, if you are our customer or use the services of the properties we manage, we collect necessary personal data into our personal data registers for managing the customer relationship and regarding the use and supervision of the property. 5. For what purposes do we collect your personal data?
We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy, unless you have separately given your consent for processing for other purposes.
Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt Oy collects and processes personal data for various purposes, such as:

We use a marketing automation tool that is connected to our CRM database.
