Are you looking for consumption data for your premises' emission calculations? Last year's property-specific data can now be found on our website.
The property-specific energy and water consumption data for 2024 has now been updated on our website. The information can be found at the bottom of each property's own page. The pages display the property's electricity, district heating, and water consumption, as well as consumption figures per square meter. Additionally, the pages contain the district heating emission factor, which is 38.1 kgCO2/MWh for all our properties.
“An increasing number of organizations calculate their annual emissions for their sustainability reports. To make our customers' work easier, we have compiled the property data on our website,” says Erkki Oikarinen, Risk Management and Sustainability Manager at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt.
The electricity and cooling used by Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt have long been emission-free, and at the turn of 2025, the company also switched to using a district heating product that produces no emissions, as no fossil fuels are used in its production.
“Emission-free district heating is a big deal not only for us but also for all our customers, and it also greatly facilitates sustainability reporting, as all emissions related to our premises have now been minimized. As a company belonging to the Turku city group, we have made commitments regarding emission reductions, and the emission-free nature of our electricity, district heating, and cooling is an important part of this whole.”
