Catering

In addition to a wide range of meeting refreshments, the selection includes cocktail catering, dinner menus and festive menus for occasions such as holiday parties. Smaller meeting catering options can be booked directly from our online store when reserving the venue. Larger catering orders are best arranged through our sales service.

Event technology
At Joki, event technology is provided by Rajupaja, whose expertise covers everything from event lighting and furniture to sound systems, video production and live streaming. Rajupaja’s programme services also include DJs, bands and karaoke services suitable for all kinds of events.
Rajupaja’s extensive offering makes it possible to order all event‑related services efficiently through a single point of contact. Rajupaja is happy to be involved already at the event planning stage, ensuring that all technical aspects and the possibilities offered by the venues and equipment are reviewed well in advance. Once confirmed, the agreed technology, furniture and services are delivered to the event in a single shipment.
Facilitation
Would you like your event to generate new customers, ideas or partnerships? Do you hope that collaboration within your network improves after the event, or that your company’s future plans turn into concrete next steps?

Photography and videography
Joki provides a stunning setting for both photography and video production. In the diverse event spaces, it’s easy to capture event highlights as well as create portrait photos, conduct interviews, or give a voice to event participants through video content.
Our network includes several professional photographers and video production companies. Booking photographers is easy through Joki’s sales service, and if you wish, you can also discuss your ideas and requirements directly with the photographers.
Coffee bike
Would you like to offer your guests a unique coffee experience? The Turku Kahvilla coffee bike is a mobile espresso café that serves high‑quality specialty coffee at events.
Built on a compact Italian Piaggio Ape, the Turku Kahvilla coffee bike brings premium coffee and a relaxed café atmosphere wherever people gather. Thanks to its small size, the coffee bike can easily be brought into Joki’s lobby for the duration of an event.

Event flowers
Would you like to add a festive touch to your event, decorate the space or acknowledge a speaker? At Joki, you can easily arrange beautiful floral designs for your event with the help of our partner Bloomworks.
Floral arrangements are designed according to the customer’s wishes, and the style can be tailored to reflect the event’s colours and atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for low table arrangements, subtle elegance or striking bouquets, flowers always provide the finishing touch to an event.

Joki bike
Are you looking for something special for your event? The Joki bike is a perfect addition to events held at the Joki Visitor Centre or the Mauno Koivisto Centre.
The Joki bike is easy to move to the event location and allows convenient mobility throughout the venue. A refrigerator at the front of the bike makes it possible to store and serve drinks or ice cream directly on site. The Joki bike is an excellent choice when you want to create a mobile and relaxed service point for your event.
You can freely move around by bike and serve refreshments exactly where they are needed. The Joki bike is ideal for situations where you want a flexible and informal service element as part of your event.
