The year is drawing to a close again! By the end of November, we had received 80 space inquiries, which have resulted in 40 new rental agreements at Werstas. It has been nice to notice during this year as well, how working life has changed – and in my opinion, in a good and right direction.
Full-time remote work has reached the end of the road for many. More and more people are longing to return to the community, for meetings and the exchange of ideas. Coffee room conversations, faster decision-making, and the feeling of being part of something bigger.
One of the nice highlights of the past year was, for example, when in May I gathered the people from Werstas participating in the SHIFT Business Festival for a joint lunch. It was nice to discuss the event day and network around a common interest.
This autumn, we also got to celebrate Werstas' 10-year journey together with our customers. The evening was filled with speeches, good food, music, and above all, a genuine team spirit. Ten years is a wonderful milestone – and for me personally, it is also a strong motivator to continue developing Werstas into an even more inspiring, warmer, and more energetic work community for us all.
From here, it's good to continue towards the new year!
