The property-specific energy and water consumption data for 2025 has now been updated on our website. The information can be found at the bottom of each property's own page. The pages show the square-meter-specific consumption figures for electricity, district heating, and water for the property. If the property has cooling, its square-meter-specific figure can also be found on the property's page.
The emission factor for district heating is no longer found on the property pages, as Teknologiakiinteistöt transitioned to using a fossil-free district heating product at the turn of 2025, which produces no emissions at all. Consequently, sustainability reporting for Teknologiakiinteistöt's customers has become even easier, as the electricity and cooling used in the company's properties have long been emission-free.
– The electricity we use is 100 percent wind power, and now our district heating is also produced from 100 percent renewable energy sources. With district heating becoming emission-free, all emissions related to our premises are now minimized, says Erkki Oikarinen, Risk Management and Sustainability Manager at Teknologiakiinteistöt.
